Maizon de Caviar Beluga is Japan's first caviar specialty restaurant, which opened in 1988 in Harajuku and Omotesando. Offering a calm atmosphere with a modern touch, the restaurant features original domestic caviar, including the rare Beluga, Ossetra, and Sevruga varieties. Fresh, pesticide-free vegetables from our own farm are central to our dishes. Enjoy a variety of wines, champagnes, and their pairings with our cuisine.
